500 Rep Holiday Home Workout

I haven’t shared a workout in a while, so I feel a little overdo. Sorry about that.

The workout I did today I did at the gym but you can just as easily do it at home too. It was heart pumping and my entire body was tired at the end!

The premise is simple… 10 exercises, 50 reps per exercise. Complete it as quickly as possible!

Ho-Ho-HoLY MoLY Workout

  1. Burpees (with push-up)
  2. Squat jumps (holding a 15 lb weight)
  3. Double Jumping Jacks
  4. Push-ups
  5. Dips
  6. Bench Jumps
  7. Leg Raises
  8. Squat thrusters
  9. Lunge Jumps
  10. Lemon Squeezes
I did it as fast as possible but I didn’t have a timer with me. I will say I was quite a sweaty mess when it was all said and done. The great thing about this kind of workout is that it takes no equipment but can deliver big results!
Try it out and let me know how it goes for you!

Two great moves of course! haha. Lemon squeezes, you start on your back with your feet just off the ground and straight, then in one motion sit up and into a ball on your butt, then slowly lower back to the start.
Thrusters are another great move, start in a push-up position then jump your feet up to your hands as close as you can and back out to the push-up position. Good luck!

Just completed this! Took 20 minutes; I did it 2x through with 25 reps each. I also split the burpees 10, 10, 5 throughout the other exercises. Plan to work up to them all at once. Hope my variations are ok? Thanks for the great, quick workout!

Awesome job Stacey! I will time myself next time so we can compare and push harder! Great variations, each time you do it aim to make it a little more challenging. Very impressed great work!!
