A Great Body Workout For Women

This is a great post following up Val’s article on vacations. Now unless you’re staying at a hotel with a gym many people may not be able to get into the weight room (though I do suggest if you’re staying in a hotel to try and find one that offers a gym)…

But if you are stuck without the gym, that’s no excuse to forget about your workout and to make it easier I thought I would write a great body workout for women… you don’t need ANYTHING but your own body, so there is no reason not so spend some time doing it.

Body workouts are great for several reasons

  • No equipment/gear
  • Easy to quickly move from one exercise to the next
  • Great for beginners and advanced
  • Do any where
  • Builds muscle and burns a ton of calories

So before you head off on your next vacation (or your first) take a minute to jot down this great body workout for women… though your husband or significant other will love it too!

This is a great circuit workout… complete all exercises back-to-back, with no rest until you finish the list. Then rest 1-2 minutes and repeat the circuit again. Aim to do it 3 times total!

  1. 30 squats
  2. 20 lunges jumps
  3. 10 pushups
  4. 20 lemon squeezes
  5. 10 squat jumps
  6. 30 walking lunges
  7. 10 close grip push-ups
