Summertime is upon us! Finally… well, I may be getting ahead of myself since this weekend is the first time Charleston has seen temperatures over 65 in months but none the less at least I can say spring is upon us!
Spring time is the time to start getting summertime ready. I always recommend women start to get serious and pick up their fitness routines about 12 weeks before a known event… and what is bigger than beaches, vacations, and less clothing?
The arm exercise below is going to help get your arms from shoulders down into great shape for those tank tops and strapless dresses you have waiting in your closet. Add it into your workout tomorrow and give the dips a try… even better yet if you are at a gym that has a dip bar use that!
Using a dip bar will utilize your core more than off a bench… but obviously both are great!
