Hey! I just made your cookies. Out of curiousity, how many did your recipe yield? By using your teaspoon measurement method, I ended up with 50 thumbprint-sized cookies. Is this accurate?

Hey Liz, I didn't have this problem... but my suggestion would be to add 1/2 tbsp of water and see how the batter turns out. If still looks too thick add another. Or I would like these would be great if you add a tbsp of milk or even coffee. Just a few ideas.

I tried this recipe and it didn't work for me...the cookies didn't flatten out when cooking, and they are so dry they fall apart. Do you have any suggestions on how to make it work? I noticed the oats didn't all get wet so I'm thinking there isn't enough moisture? Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
