You know that I am not the biggest fan of treadmills… I feel more like a hamster than a fit woman when I am on one. I mean you never go anywhere but you’re running as if for life. Nope, don’t get it (but I love running outdoors)… but I found these videos and couldn’t pass on sharing them!
This one makes me laugh because it reminds me of a woman at my gym that is a belly dancer and she practices while sitting on machines resting… cracks me up!
