Do You Have What It Takes?

Hitting-Weight-Loss

In exactly two weeks from today, millions of women will start putting together their weight loss plan. But out of all of those women most will give up by February and in the end only 5% will actually hit their “resolution”.

It doesn’t sound very promising for a lot of women but it can be for you! Just think how amazing you’ll feel when you look in the mirror (not too long from now) and realize that you’ve achieved what you set out to do.

Heres what it is going to take…

1. Dedication: are you ready to actually commit to a program? Whether it’s on your own, with the help of an on site trainer or an online fitness community. You’ve got to remember that every day counts… food and exercise. Keep in mind that flat stomachs are made in the kitchen so please forget the idea that if you workout, that’s enough to hit those goals.

2. Tracking. Motivation is the biggest reason women fail to hit their goals, it’s too easy to give up and forget about it. That’s why tracking your progress can help. When you see right in front of you what you’ve accomplished you will stay fired up to keep going. Write down weight, measurements, workouts, and food.

3. Is it a good program? Walking on the treadmill isn’t a workout. Now if you’re very overweight then it might be a good place to start but eventually you will have to do an organized workout plan that is fitted to your goals and plans. It should include some cardio exercise and strength training exercises.

These are just 3 ways to stay on track, next week I will post up more “Hit The Target” rules to follow. But in the mean time if you are still looking for a program might I casually suggest:

The Art of Weight Lifting Community

or:

Body Fat Blasting Boot Camp (12-week at home boot camp)
