Ep 107: 40 Days & 40 Nights Of Pullups (with Alex)
As of today, I’ve completed over 960 pull-ups since March 1st. 960.
When I see that, I am quite proud of myself!
March 1st was the start of Lent and the day Alex suggested that we do at least 40 pull-ups every day until Easter. Well… okay then. And since we’ve now done 2 workouts that included 100+ total pull-ups, we’re well over 1000.
Just goes to show, a little very day adds up. Am I getting stronger? Heck yea I am! And I am loving it. I guess I have to start thinking about what we’ll do once Easter rolls around and Lent is over.
