Fit-o-Lution Assessment Test
One of the best things you can do to help stay motivated is to track your progress. It’s a fun way to see just how far you’ve come and help to encourage you to keep going further.
That’s the reason that I urge you to do this assessment test now, 1/2 way through the challenge, and again at the end. Sound like a plan?
Assessment Test Instructions:
- Take the assessment test and time your results and how well you do. Record your first try so you have a benchmark to go from.
- Start the Fit-o-Lution Challenge.
- Take the assessment test half way through (4 weeks) and again at the end to see just how much you have progressed, strength and endurance wise.
- Just remember to write down your results after each time so you have something to compare to.
