One of the best things you can do to help stay motivated is to track your progress. It’s a fun way to see just how far you’ve come and help to encourage you to keep going further.

That’s the reason that I urge you to do this assessment test now, 1/2 way through the challenge, and again at the end. Sound like a plan?

Assessment Test Instructions:

  1. Take the assessment test and time your results and how well you do. Record your first try so you have a benchmark to go from.
  2. Start the Fit-o-Lution Challenge.
  3. Take the assessment test half way through (4 weeks) and again at the end to see just how much you have progressed, strength and endurance wise.
  4. Just remember to write down your results after each time so you have something to compare to.
