Fitness Training Programs
The right fitness training program makes all the difference when you’re working out. That’s why I have, and continue to build, the best fitness programs for women. After talking with many of my clients who live all over the world, I’ve decided to sell my fitness programs on a one off basis.
In each program you get:
- Workout tracking sheets: These are workout sheets you can download and track your workout on. Then if you’re a member at The Art of Weight Lifting, you can record your numbers there for future reference and progression tracking.
- In-Depth videos of each exercise: I have personally recorded in-depth videos featuring each exercise helping you know what it is, how to do it, and how not to do it. These are fun to watch and really helpful.
- Ipod Videos: Each video is downloadable to your ipod so you can take it with you to the gym if you need. It’s like having me right there with you every step of the way.
- Four Weeks of Workouts: These programs are designed to last you four weeks. It’s important that at least every four weeks you change your workout so you can continue to get results and you don’t let your body plateau.
