I love weight training. Like I said, building strength has the high correlation to losing weight and shaping the body you want.

Nothing is more effective at increasing your strength than weight training. I don’t recommend you jump right into this style of training because with external weights pulling and pushing on your body, injuries can happen pretty easily.
