Guacamole Fiesta Time

This is the perfect addition to sandwiches, salads or just as a snack with some fresh veggies. Who can refuse a good guac? Not to mention that studies show that people who eat a diet rich in healthy fats (such as those found in avocados) lose weight easier!
Ingredients
- 2 ripened Avocados
- 1-2 fresh jalapenos chopped (cut in half long ways and de-seeded)
- 1/4 lime
- 1 oz diced tomato
- 1 oz chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 oz chopped cilantro
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, cut avocados in half and scoop “meat” into the bowl. Using two forks work to mesh the avocado
- Juice the lime slices over avocados and pour in all ingredients except for cilantro, and again use forks to blend all the ingredients in evenly.
- Top with cilantro and serve it up.
