One week from tomorrow I will be enjoying family in chilly Philly! I am really excited to spend this Christmas with my husband’s parents… in all of our years together this is the first year we’ve made the trip at Christmas.

Here is the newest Fitness and Nutrition Show. I’ve included some great info and even ANOTHER workout… gosh 3 workouts in a row… I am on a roll this holiday season! Can you tell I am making sure we all keep moving while we eat up the cookies and dream of sugar plums?

15 Minute Holiday Workout… No Equipment Needed!

Part 1: Set your time for 6 minutes, and do the circuit above as many times as possible. Make sure to take a tally so you push yourself harder each time you do it.

Part 2: Set the timer for 5 minutes and repeat these two exercises over for that length of time. Remember, no matter how hard it gets just repeat to yourself… it’s just 5 minutes and I can do that!

Part 3: Set the timer for 4 minutes. Again just two exercises but even more intense, but only for 4 minutes. Anyone can work hard for 4 minutes.

At the end of this holiday workout you’re going to feel amazing… amazing in the way that sweat should be dripping, heart throbbing and muscles tired.
