		<description>I has been a while since I started work out which is Turbo Jam.     I feel great, positive, better focus, lots of energy.    When I wake up in the morning I feel the happiest person, active, optimistic.  Thats why I stick to my Turbo Jam.   I feel like if I skip a day I would loose all of this positive feeling</description>
