		<description>The stability ball and the high knee stretch are 2 of my favorites.  I take stretching very seriously because I don&#039;t want to lose my flexibility when I&#039;m going on 40.  I try to split my stretching between static and dynamic methods to get the benefits of both.  I did a short post on stretching last year I think you&#039;d enjoy.
