Inch Worming Your Way To A Tighter Body

This is a great exercise for everyone… for complete beginners and for the advanced. It’s called the Inch Worm and it’s great for toning your body… your entire body!

This is a total body exercise from your calves to your arms…. and especially the core. In this video I show how you do the basic inch worm and then take it up a notch for the advanced woman.
