Kim Kardashian’s Weight Loss Secrets… They Suck

Kim Kardashian has completely transformed her body recently. Remember just last year when she was curv-o-licious? Then she down sized for her first workout DVD (Fit Into Your Skinny Jeans By Friday) and now she’s downed her weight even more…

I am not a fan of her methods and I think it gives a bad example to other young girls and women.

According to E!, which I consider pretty accurate since it’s the network that carries her show, the reality star has gone from 120 to 109 lbs over the past weeks. And Kim is happy to announce she hasn’t seen this weight since the 9th grade… well, Kim that could be because for your body shape and great booty 109 is a 9th great weight!

So what are the secrets to her quick and drastic weight loss?

Exercise, Diet and… Weight Loss Supplements?

Weight loss pills! I am 100% against the use of any weight loss pill, these are generally short term assistance pills that mess with metabolism, hunger, hormones and more. The minute you’re done with them the weight comes right back on and the thing is you shouldn’t stay on them so it’s pretty inevitable to gain some weight back.

The specific supplement that Kim takes is Quick Trim… and when I went to do some research this was the first thing I found: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

Being that it’s not approved by the FDA makes me skeptical. Lots of “harmless” supplements are in fact drugs and have side affects.  These are diurectics so people are claiming big weight loss numbers in just a week (10lbs) but this is most likely due to water weight… definitely not to fat loss! Also nausea is normal, caffeine is high,  giving jitters…

The Kim Kardashian Weight Loss Method:

I applaud you Kim for your hard work and dedication to your body, however I do think you could have done this a better way that simply included a clean eating menu and a proper fitness workout. If you need help from a certain personal trainer, I would be glad to guide you!
