Lean Green Bean Foodie PenPal Reveal!

I have been dancing in my chair every day since April 15th! Each blog posts I’ve written I have wanted to share this with you!

At the start of April, I read about Foodie Penpals, it’s put on by Lindsay over at Lean Green Bean.

What the heck is a foodie penpal you might be asking? I asked the same thing so I had to find out!

Basically, Lindsay assigns you to another blogger or blog reader anywhere in the country. And then someone completely different gets assigned to be your foodie penpal. From here, you’re responsible to put together a tasty food care package with some of your favorite goodies. On the plus sign, you’re only allowed to spend $15!

I thought this was awesome, so I immediately signed up, I was assigned to send goodies to Lauren of Oatmeal After Spinning. And then a great girl name Katie was paired to send me yummy treats!

And let me just go ahead and say that Katie hooked me up. I’m looking into the kitchen now, wondering if I have anything left that she sent me and I can actually say Nope… all gone! Of course Dan helped out a bit too!

So from this point, we send our respective penpals their foodie treats by the 15th of the month and then we all wait until the 30th to reveal our goodies!

So without further ado:

This program was so much fun! It now includes ovee 600 people which means you will have the opportunity to mean so many awesome ladies. I am not doing it this month because I’ll be honest… May is redonculously crazy! But I have already committed to doing it again in June!
