Learn How To Do Lunges

Lunges are great exercises for your thighs, your butt, your core… basically your entire body. Plus when you think they are getting easy there are so many ways to vary it up to make them more challenging. For example I am loving my workouts right now because I am doing a lot of front raised lunges. Keeping my front leg up on a step-up block. It is kicking my tush… literally!

But that is once you perfect the original lunge and that is the reason for today’s post. Watch the video below to get your lunge perfected to you can start adding variety to your lunges… lunge jumps, lunge with a twist, overhead lunges, reverse… well, I could be like Bubba and his shrimp but you get the point.
