The thighs are the second most common area of concern that I hear from women… butts being the first. And since I am always trying to help I have made the video below to show great thigh exercises that you can start doing today to get great results.

When it comes to working out any body part I want to remind you that isolated workouts aren’t the way to go. If you are really serious about toning and tightening then the moves below will help burn calories, blast fat and tighten your legs. They are all compound moves which means the work more than one large muscle group at a time… now that’s efficiency!

Research proves that people who do total body workouts (using compound moves to work the entire body) get more muscle toning results and more fat loss than the people who think that working one or two muscle groups a day is the way to go.
