Recently, before jet setting over to Utah, I was able to sit down with my friend Amanda Loudin. Amanda just happens to be the one and only Miss Zippy and I was very excited when she was able to find the time to chat with me.
Amanda is a pro when it comes to all things endurance. She’s done everything from half ironman to marathons and everything in between.
I have to admit, when I have ANY questions on running, she’s the lady I turn to. That’s how we met and I haven’t stopped bothering her yet.
