Happy Monday. It’s Monday already?

The weekend flew by, especially since I was up early both mornings trying to knock off things on my to do list.

One of those things of course was this week’s episode of the Lifting Revolution Fitness & Nutrition Show!

It was so amazing this weekend (as documented here), that I had to take advantage of it and film outside.

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

  • 20 almonds
  • 1/2 apple and 1 tbsp nut butter (I am loving the Peanut Butter Company’s Raisin Cinnamon Oatmeal)
  • Moms In The RAW bar from Starbucks (they do not sponsor me AT ALL, I just really love these).

The Monkey In The Middle: 
full body workout
*If the diagonal jumps are too difficult, do not put your feet up on a block. Do it from a standard plank jumping your feet towards your hands and back out to the plank. 

Give the workout a go! If you’re feeling frisky, go through it a second round.
