Oxygen magazine is my favorite women’s fitness magazines… I will admit I don’t often agree with the workouts they post (too isolated) but there are always some good statistics, some good recipes and overall it’s a good read. When I first got into figure competitions and really devoted myself to weight training and fitness I got the idea in my head that I would one day be on Oxygen!
No, I haven’t hit that goal yet, but like my fitness goals I have a clear idea in my head of what I want, I have told people my goals and I workout with that magazine cover in my head to help one day make it happen…
Anyways, I am one step closer. I made it inside the magazine for my infamous ratatouille recipe. I even have a picture! This might be trivial to some but to me it represents my hard work, and my overall desire to hit my goal. Anyways… if nothing else pick up a copy of this month’s May Oxygen and try out my recipe!
Then just be ready when one day you see Taylor Ryan on that cover! SWEET!
That’s my goal… what are some of yours? Sharing goals and dreams helps to spark the motivation fire beneath you and helps to push you to take action!

Yay, how exciting! I have a question that has absolutely nothing to do with your post. I just won a free family membership to my gym so now my husband can work out with me (he wasn’t a member before). He’s never exercised and is less then enthusiastic but is willing to try it out for me. I know nothing about men’s exercises. If he just does the same routine as me, will it work for him, i.e. get him trimmer? Or do I need to find men’s only exercises for him somewhere?
