Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp all natural nut butter
  1.  At night before bed, mix everything together except for the nut butter. Place it in the fridge overnight. When you wake up, give it a good stir, and add a dollop of your favorite nut butter on top.
  2. If you don’t like nut butter, add a drizzle of honey or just eat it the way it is.
