That’s right, scales are big fat liars. And I don’t like to call anything or anyone a liar, unless it is true! Always up to no good, to lead you to disappointment, frustration and ultimately failure. Strong words, I know but it’s true. When it comes to testing for women’s fitness success, scales fall short! But why type on and on, when you can stop reading and just listen and watch why you should toss your scale out (well, maybe just use it much less often)!
