It’s time for a new episode of The Art of Weight Lifting Fitness and Nutrition Show!
This was a really fun show to shoot because I was lucky enough to be joined by my friend Jeanette. Jeanette is a personal trainer and certified running coach and today she shared some great running tips with you to help you whether you’re running now, thinking about running as part of a cross training program or maybe even starting to train for an event.
