The squat is one of the best exercises just not for women but in general. What makes it so great? The variations you can do so that you still get the benefits of the squat while targeting your muscles at different angles and keeping you from squat boredom.

Out of all the exercises in the world (and that’s a lot of exercises) squats might be my number one fav… ok, probably number 2 right behind chin-ups but none the less get squatting to get a total body makeover.
