Congrats for the weight loss! A lot of women have your issue, and what I recommend is upping your cardio but doing the right form of cardio. Since you can't spot target weight loss you just need a program that will blast fat fast. For example, intervals are awesome. Just spend 20-25minutes doing interval sprints or running stairs. The stairs might be really helpful if you have access, where you can run a flight, walk back down, run again, walk down... for a total of 20 minutes. Keep up with the weight training for sure, doing moves like lunges, squats, split squats, etc.

I am 48 years old. I recently lost weight. However I still have large legs and carry major flab in my thighs. I am small on top compared to my lower body. I always wear pants to hide my legs, though people think I have a nice shape. I enjoy working out at home using dumbells and my own body weight as well as walking and dancing. Thank you for any advise you can give me!
