		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s not as bad at all actually pretty good because it&#039;s not on a set range of motion so you have to use smaller muscles to control it. When paired with other moves it&#039;s a great exercises. Especially if you have weak hips (get sore during runs) and such to help strengthen them up.]]></description>
