Turkey Day Workout: Don’t Wobble Away From The Table

Thanksgiving Workout

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Yes, it’s true that the average Thanksgiving meal is 3000 calories! But it comes just once a year and you’re in such great shape that this one day isn’t going to throw you off of your goals. But don’t forget it does help to have a great workout to help convert some of those calories into muscle and some in to just being burnt off!

Here’s a great fat blasting turkey day workout you can do no matter where you are… a hotel room, your in-laws, or maybe you’re still in your own living room!

Plus it takes just 20 minutes and you will burn a ton of calories and help tone your body!

I call this workout:

100 Push-ups!

100 Push-ups!

The Push-up 100

  • 14 Laying Leg Raises
  • 14 Walking Lunges
  • 20 Push-ups (on knees if needed)
  • Rest-1 minute
  • 12 Laying leg raises
  • 12 Squats
  • 20 Push-ups (on knees if needed)
  • Rest-1 minute
  • 10 Laying Leg Raises
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Push-ups
  • Rest- 1 min
  • 10 squat jumps
  • 20 Push-ups (rest 1 min if needed)
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 20 Push-ups (rest 1 min if needed)
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 10 Push-ups

*This is a awesome workout… if you find it too hard, feel free to do the push-ups from your knees and instead of leg raises you can do bent leg reverse crunches.

Happy Thanksgiving! Because tomorrow is Turkey Day here in the USA I will not be posting. But I will resume on Friday and Dan and I will be doing a new, live podcast!
