Update On Eating Bee Pollen: 3 Weeks In

Several women have asked about my bee pollen supplementation and so instead of replying to each individual I figured it warranted a new post.

3 Weeks Of Bee Pollen

Yup, I have taken a teaspoon each morning now for 3 weeks. And though I haven’t started buzzing around I have felt pretty good. I am always a little wary about supplements because who’s to say if how I am feeling is because of the pollen or simply because I want it to work?

But I am going with the idea that it’s really doing something.

I am around little kids all the time and we have already seen the flu, stomach bugs and strep hit our classes. Just last week I had 1/2 of my athletes out because of sicknesses. I even started to feel back with a sore throat and a little sluggish one night… of course I was scared I was coming down with something but the next day I woke up fine!

Once again I am going with the idea that the bee pollen is helping me keep my immune system strong.

The flavor is good, a little sweet and a little tart, and if I get hungry before meal time I am fine just eating a small spoon full, after all, remember it is the “super food”.

Lets see what else have I noticed with the pollen?

I have been able to go to bed later than 10:00 pm which before I was dead at this time. I also am going strong throughout the day… I haven’t felt that 3:00 fall down lately.

Ok, but really let me stress… these are just little things I have noticed. I can’t give credit just to the bee pollen but I sure would like to! I really like taking it and sure I think if you are interested talk with your doctor and then order some! I got mine from the Savannah Bee Company.
