What’s a superset? It’s a powerful set of two exercises! Basically it’s two exercises that are done back to back… while you’re doing the second exercise your body is resting from the first one so you don’t have to rest as long between sets.
Most supersets are opposing muscle groups… you could do a pull and then a push… OR you can do an upper body exercise followed by a lower body move. Supersets are great for helping you keep the intensity of workouts up so you’re heart rate goes up, your muscles get a great workout and you get great results!
