Each week a new challenge will be added to the top challenge board. Therefore, you’ll find the older ones as you scroll down the page while the new one will be listed first.
These are extra “oomph” challenges to help you as you go through these 8-weeks. Some weeks you might read the challenge, and go “oh that’s super easy” while other weeks you might look at it and go, “oh no, this may be a rough one”.
If possible try to keep the challenges going. So that during week 2 you’re following through with “Week-2 Challenge” and “Week-1 Challenge”. Of course that means that at week 8, you’ll be partaking in 8-challenges! Whoo!
