If you have not seen my YouTube channel in awhile, I don’t blame you. My posts have been sporadic at best. However, over the last 5 weeks, I’ve started a new fitness and nutrition show.
I’ll post the episodes on the blog every Monday, but I’ll also collect them all here so you don’t have to go searching for them.
In this episode which I think was officially episode 3, I talk about the juicing cleanse I went on. It was a three day cleanse and an interesting experience to say the least.
Then I give you a challenge. Pick an exercise or some part of your fitness life that is your weakest link. The one thing you know you need work on, but you’ve been neglecting it. For the next 30 days or at least a few weeks, try to make some strides of improvement.
