Let’s face it, women are beginning to take notice that the benefits of exercise are tremendous for their daily lives and the way they feel about themselves. That’s the way it is for you right?
I know that’s the way it is for me… and I’m a guy. It’s really the same for anybody.
But here’s the question a lot of women face when they get into fitness. Is there a “women workout” that I should be doing?
From almost evey direction on TV you’re told that women who lift weights get bulky and big. It’s those darn women who take steroids that ruin this image of women lifting weights. I guess what I’m getting at is yes as a women you should be doing a specific workout. And that workout is… you should be lifting weights.
The benefits as a women are astronomically huge compared to that of a guy.
- Jiggy thighs and butt – not a problem when you use weights in your workout. Your butt and hamstrings are the biggest muscle complex and when you build those muscles up, you will find a tight, firm, back end that is cellulite free. And women do this all the way to their 50′s.
- Cellulite issues – Now I can’t be for sure, but I would imagine women have a negative self conscience attitude towards cellulite as many men have towards their thinning hair. But the difference is weight training, the proper women workout, will eliminate the cellulite from you body… why? Because the muscle that is build eliminates the body fat that makes cellulite become visible.
- Increased energy – Let’s face it… women are more busy then man these days. Along with many of you who keep up a full time job, you also take care of many of the household duties… AND… many of you have children. Well the proper women workout of weight training will help you increase your metabolism and energy levels so you can take on your day.
These are just three of the bigger factors that will change the way you go about your day when you add the proper weight training workout to your exercise plan. And the great thing about the proper workout is… it doesn’t take to long.
